- Sovereign Runtime
The live execution path of an organization's digital estate, operated under that organization's own authority — its infrastructure, its identity, its policies, its keys, and its evidence.

- Governed Execution
An action that only proceeds inside the scope its policy allowed, and that leaves verifiable proof of what was decided and why.

Governed execution is Skipr's outcome. Authorization is bound to the action itself, so the executed action cannot exceed the grant, and signed evidence is produced as a by-product rather than reconstructed later.- AI Agent Governance

The point at which a written rule becomes an operational constraint that an action cannot bypass.
