Where it fits

SecureConnect is one of four native capabilities of the Skipr Sovereign Runtime Control Plane. It is deployable independently and governed as one — every request it carries passes through the same runtime lifecycle: Intent → Identity → Context → Policy → Decision → Execution → Evidence. It runs inside your own sovereign perimeter and produces the signed evidence described in our trust model.
